Lowde Fest takes the welfare of its children guest very seriously, and has in place a child protection policy (CPP). A copy of this is available on request to Sonia Lowde (the child protection officer).
Please note that children are only able to gain access to the event when accompanied by a responsible adult, parent, or guardian.
While at the event the children will remain the repsonsibility of their responsible adult, parent, or guardian.
Lowde Fest is run by volunteers, and will ensure that all 3rd party staff are covered by the required legal documents, and certificates of insurance.
A strict Challenge 25 polcy will be applied to the serving of alcohol at the event.
There will be a lost and found point located at St john's Ambulance on site. If you were to lose your child while at the event, proceed to St Johns Ambulance and an arrangement will be made for all marshals, stewards and volunteers to be notified, and a public announcement will be made by the MC.
Lowde Fest donates all profits to The Lowde Music Trust. Thank you to everyone who supported Lowde Fest 2012. We are all really looking forward to our fantastic next event on 22nd June 2013
