THE DEADGOOD BURRITO COMPANY
The DeadGood Burrito Co. is an exciting Mexican street food business based in Brighton. For the past couple of years we have been blazing a trail on the street food scene and the festival curcuit, gaining rave reviews along the way from local food bloggers and customers up and down the length of the country. With many customers claiming that we serve the best burritos they have ever tasted.
We marinate all our locally sourced meats in our special marinades and then char-grill to perfection for maximum flavour. We also cook a selection of slow cooked meats that are dry rubbed in our own special spice blends and then cooked for 10/12 hours untill falling apart and deliciously tender. We only use the finest and freshest local ingredients we can find and we always use fair trade products wherever possible. We also make all our signature salsas and sauces fresh on the day and believe its the reason why our burritos taste so delicious.
THE PIZZA WAGON
Here at The Pizza Wagon, we are passionate about cooking good, quality food. We use a wood fired oven that provides a delicious, fresh pizza in 90 seconds. The oven gives a dry heat of 400C, which crisps up the 12" pizza base and gives a perfect balance of flavour.
Our wood fired pizza oven is built in a converted vintage horse box trailer with a hatch so you can watch your pizza while it cooks!
We are a small family street food business that started fifty years ago, when my mum, Encarnacion Garcia Fuenteseca , bought her first churros oven. From then on the whole process of preparation and cooking churros became part of our family tradition. Churros are a traditional Spanish snack usually served with thick hot chocolate. The name Churros comes from a similarity in shape to the horns of the churro breed of sheep, reared on the Spanish grasslands.
I am a French chef who has recently moved to Richmond from my hometown of Lyon. Growing up in the gastronomic capital of France I have always enjoyed eating and cooking delicious food. I have recently brought my business La crepe des delices to England. We make authentic, traditional sweet and savoury crêpes to order at events and markets throughout the UK.
CUCINA A CASA
Roberto Bagnato is a true Italian, full of passion (particularly for food) and it’s catching. Spend an evening with him and you’ll be thinking of moving to Italy. Born in the beautiful Southern region of Calabria, the toe of Italy and famous for its olives, Roberto is just like the region: true to his roots. He believes in good old fashioned cooking, inspired by his ‘mama’ – his best critic!
